Delivery Policy

How soon will my order be delivered?

  • Stocked items are typically dispatched using a next working day carrier.

  • Made-to-order / made-to-specification items have a variable lead time depending on the time of year and current production schedules. We aim to dispatch most made-to-order items within 5–7 working days of your order being placed.
    If you would like a current lead-time estimate, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We can ship internationally, but export delivery costs are quoted on request.

To provide an accurate quote, please email us with:

  • The product(s) you wish to order (and quantities, if applicable)

  • The full delivery address (including postcode/ZIP and country)

  • Any shipping or customs documentation requirements (if known)

How can I track my order?

If your order is sent using a tracked service, you can monitor progress via the relevant carrier website:

  • FedEx tracking

  • Royal Mail tracking

Where available, we will provide tracking details as part of your dispatch confirmation.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 01740 621175 or by email to let us know. We will arrange a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged in transit.
